With all the work, headlines, and issues she has to deal with, we understand why not even fashion It Girl, Gigi Hadid, is spared from being stressed. It's a good thing she has a good support system that gives her advice and helps her cope. Below are the two tips that Gigi does to keep stress at bay. (via elle.com)

  1. Scream. Not at someone, but at something.

"Literally, screaming into a pillow helps. One time I was on set for a beach shoot, and my mom said 'Go scream into the ocean. It relieves the tension.'"

  1. Reflect and ask yourself what matters most.

"[During stressful times] I try to sit myself down and say, 'If it wasn't for the world's opinion, do I think I did a good job?', 'Would my coaches in high school be proud of me?'... Those little things I try and think of. When my high school volleyball coach will text me and say, 'I think that was bad ass.' That's what makes me happy."
