Here's How You Can Develop Your Film Negatives Using Your Mobile Phone

With today’s *high* technology, it is normal to reminisce about the past: how life was before the internet and social media, how people kept their memories through pictures and videos before smartphones existed, or how everything is manually processed. For instance, being able to use or see vintage things in today’s world gives people a different kind of nostalgia. Vintage cars, vintage clothes, old books, childhood shows, old photos and videos, Polaroid and film cameras, we all love that. That's prolly why lots of people are trying to bring them all back.
Jh-Arland Pasion is one of them. On his Facebook account, Jh-Arland posted a tutorial on how you can develop your film negatives by using your mobile phone. This *life* hack is perfect for those who want to recover their old photos without spending a lot of money because we all know that getting film developed is kind of ~pricey~.
But don’t you worry, this step-by-step procedure will help you develop all those negatives that your parents stored in a dusty box a long time ago. You just need to take those films out, get two mobile phones (you can borrow one from your sibs or parents if you don’t have an extra, of course), and Picsart app. Picsart is a video and picture editing app that you can download on your phone.
So here’s what you need to do according to Jh-Arland:
Get all the film negatives that you want to recover.
Step 1: Kunin mo yung negative film strip photo na gusto mo i-recover.

Download a plain white wallpaper on one of your phones.
Step 2: Kumuha ng extra smartphone tapos mag download ng white background then buksan mo yun sa gallery mo.

Open the wallpaper in your gallery then put the film strip on top of it.
Step 3: Ipatong mo yung negative film strip photo sa extra smartphone na naka bukas yung white background.

Adjust your phone to maximum brightness then take a picture of it using your extra phone.
Step 4: Taasan mo yung brightness para mas makita ng malinaw at picturan mo na ng malapit gaya neto.

Open the image on your Picsart app (or any editing apps as long as it has a negative effect filter).
Step 5: Punta ka sa PicsArt kahit anong editing app pwede basta yung may negative effect and enhance tool sana. Edit:...

After editing, the image must have some colors and clear details like an actual photo.

Crop the image then save it, and then you're done!
Step 13: Adjust mo yung slider para pumantay yung picture in my case 4.0 degree angle then i-crop mo na ng maayos yung picture nalang na kita.
