Make Your Own Friendship Code of Ethics

  1. Gather all your friends or your best friend when you decide to do your codes. You can’t do this on your own, so you’ll need everyone’s opinion.
  2. Be honest with one another. If you think the idea of holding slumber parties at Rachel’s place all the time is unfair, tell them about it. Maybe there’s a better option that all of you could agree on.
  3. Open-mindedness is a must when doing your codes. You have to adjust to everyone’s needs and meet halfway.
  4. Remind yourselves that the list you’ll be making is only a guideline and not an actual LAW to abide by. Real friends know that it’s the spirit behind the guidelines that counts. Just love the friendship you have and voilà! No rulebook is needed to have a healthy relationship with your buddies!
