Go through the new year's resolutions of people whenever a new year begins, and we're sure that you'll probably see the words "lose weight" or variations of the phrase too many times to the point that it's already become a norm for most of us.
But Girls Gone Strong (an online community for girls about fitness and health) founder Molly Galbraith wants to change that mentality. It is not easy to love your body because we've all been programmed to have these beauty standards that can be ridiculous at times. But give it a try this year, Candy Girls. Promise yourself that you'll at least try to stop changing your body this year, and keep Molly's last words in your heart: "This is the first year in as long as I can remember that I have made NO resolutions to change the way my body looks. This is a kind of freedom I didn't think I'd ever experience, and it feels really, really good."
