If we get a peso for every time we've contemplated about getting tattoos, we'd probably have enough pocket money to buy milk tea for a week. Not only are tattoos highly #aesthetic, but they are also a creative way of expressing ourselves and the things we hold close to our hearts.
Voiceover artist and content creator Inka Magnaye is proof that tattoos can be both aesthetically pleasing and meaningful. If you've been following Inka on her social media pages, you might have already spotted a few of her intricate inks. From tiny tatts to big, elaborate ones, Inka has quite the collection.
Curious about the stories behind her ink? Inka once did a "tattoo tour" for curious followers. Read on to learn more:
Chest tattoo
Inka's first ink is the one on her chest, which is an illustration of the three elements: fire, air, and water. According to Inka, who is an Earth sign, she got the tattoo as a symbol of "completeness."
Her next tattoo is a pretty big one drawn on her lower back. According to Inka, she got the tattoo while she was on air doing her radio show! It's a tattoo of Greek mythology figure Medusa, done by tattoo artist Jaime Tud.
Inka's next ink was what she called her "blessings" tattoo, also done by Gungab. Inka got it in La Union, where she first saw it while meditating by the beach.
