For example, couples like Eunice Santiago and Reynell Sanchez took the Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination together earlier this year. After diligently helping each other study, they both managed to became board topnotchers—with Eunice taking the sixth spot at 93.25% and Reynell securing the first one at 94.90%. Talk about couple goals!Â
"Hi babe, WE MADE IT!!! Congratulations! Grabe top 1, di na kita ma'reach," Eunice wrote on Facebook congratualatory post for her boyfriend. She also thanked him for his unrelenting support: "Kidding aside, I just want you to know how thankful I am to you, for always being there for me, for always calming me down, and for always complimenting me that I deserve the title I have."
Similarly, Reynell also took to social media to open up about their struggles while reviewing for the exam as a couple. “I'm so proud of you! For 6 months we did our best, we witness each other's hardships, struggles, sleepless nights, and determination, it was all fulfilling," he penned. Awww!Â
Prior to their board exams, both Eunice and Reynell graduated cum laude from Rizal Technological University. Apparently, this brainy pair has always enjoyed studying together!
“College days, even before pa po maging kami, parehas na po kaming academic achiever," Eunice explained to ABS-CBN. “gKaya noong naging mag-couple po kami, naging hobby and bonding na po namin yung pagre-review together.”
