ARTIST
Jenna Genio

Not for the lighthearted, Jenna's blog is an intense trip through the avant-garde world of photography and fashion. Jenna has been taking pictures for a little over a year, and has since gotten some professional work. "It started when I put a few exhibits, then my friend, who's a stylist, asked me to do a shoot with her," she says.

Jenn started her blog five years ago, as her friends started putting up their own online journals. Her blog is a vitual scrapbook of her photos (she's done professional photo shoots with the country's best magazines, both as photographer and as art director!) and illustrations. You'll definitely find tons of inspiration to create art by browsing through Jenna's livejournal.

CHRONICLER
J.C. Cruz

"I write about the stuff that happens in my life," she says. The Bo Bice and Constantine Maroulis fan has a quick mind and sharp wit, making her descriptions of day-to-day life in high school extremely entertaining to read.

"The purpose of a blog is for you to put down your thoughts for the rest of the world to see," says J.C. "Having a blog got me to open up more to people around me," she says. "My friends see that I'm not just the person they see in high school-they see there's so much more to me than that."
