You have most likely heard her voice somewhere—from that time you rode a plane or when you were listening to the radio. Inka Magnaye has been a voice-over talent for practically all her life (since age 5!). It’s a profession that runs in the family. Recently, a video of her and her mom doing the spiels for Philippine Airlines’ flights went viral. Coincidentally, just like Inka, her mom was also a VO talent for PAL when she was younger. So cool!

With years of industry experience, Inka opens up about what it’s like to be a voice over artist (despite having dyslexia!) and shares a few career tips for aspiring VO talents. She also debunks some misconceptions about being a VO artist (Yes, you CAN drink cold water). Watch the video for more:
