Have you ever had one of those days when you're just not feeling yourself? That no matter what you do, you just can't seem to find something that you like about yourself? It sounds sad but it happens even to the best of us, and even to celebrities. In fact, Demi Lovato recently took to Instagram to share that she's "feeling better than [she's] ever felt" and it's all thanks to self-love. Below are her tips to love yourself more.
