Have you ever had one of those days when you're just not feeling yourself? That no matter what you do, you just can't seem to find something that you like about yourself? It sounds sad but it happens even to the best of us, and even to celebrities. In fact, Demi Lovato recently took to Instagram to share that she's "feeling better than [she's] ever felt" and it's all thanks to self-love. Below are her tips to love yourself more.

  1. Tell yourself you're beautiful daily.

Make a habit out of this until you no longer have to do it.

  1. Be gentle with yourself.

Just like how you are with others.

  1. Eat carbs without guilt.

Do whatever makes you happy!

  1. Remember that life is too short to worry about what others think!

Just keep doing you!
