Glee's Amber Riley advises teens being bullied: "Surround yourself with positive people. Lead by example... Kindness begets kindness, I think." She shares that she and a friend got picked on when they were high school freshmen but Amber "chose to show (her) personality, be nice, and be friends with everyone."
