  1. Turn It Up
Start your morning right by popping your all-time fave CD into the stereo! Most students use music as a way to keep them awake after a night of studying hard. Studies have shown that listening to music significantly enhances one’s mood and performance.

  2. Move It
Exercise is another way to keep you awake. It helps boost your energy and improve blood circulation.  Try stretching or going on a brisk 10-minute walk. A change of scenery will definitely help!

  3. Drink Up
Caffeine is the most common solution to those in need of a quick fix since it is known to increase your level of alertness. But you can also try non-caffeinated drinks such as water and tea (a perfect substitute for coffee) since they are considered healthier alternatives. Try C2—it’s yummy tea in a bottle.

  4. Eat-sy Bitsy
Skipping meals is a big no-no! We suggest eating moderate-sized portions of food since eating too much may leave you feeling sluggish and tired. Try eating protein-rich meals so that you can sustain your energy levels for a longer period of time.

    TIP:
A short 10 to 15 minute nap in-between breaks will do wonders for your mood and performance!

    FAST FACT:
    Chewing gum helps improve concentration!
  5. Mr. Brightside
Believe it or not, crushing has its benefits. Having crushes actually helps you get that overall healthy glow!

Scientists have discovered that whenever we are feeling blissful, our heart sends messages to the brain, and hormones that positively affect our health are secreted. We then tend to be healthier and happier!

Liking someone means getting more conscious about the way you look. But what’s great about it is that you get to dress and fix up more often! Having a crush is the perfect excuse to boost your confidence and self-esteem!

After weeks of ranting about how much you hate school, you suddenly find yourself enjoying those long, boring trigonometry lectures! Somewhere along the way you realize that good grades and hard work will pay off soon. Because by getting your parents’ approval, you’ll have more time to hang out and impress the guy you like!

Having a crush means additional chika for you and your girlfriends to relish! This means that you’ll be spending a lot of time burning up the phone lines with kilig stories, throwing fantastic sleepovers, going on outrageous mall adventures, and engaging in a lot of bonding activities that spell F-U-N!
