If the UP academic oval is too far north for you, head over to Ayala Triangle Park. This pretty safe places is chockfull of runners, walkers, and fitness enthusiasts making the rounds. One of the city’s hubs for the upwardly mobile, BGC offers a bunch of places that cater to your chosen workout. Bring out your skateboard and you can ride along the many open roads and ramps. Take your bike out for a round about BGC’s blocks. Or circle through their parks on your feet—just make sure you bring a buddy with you to stay safe at all times.

 8  Dance

All you need is some music and you’re ready to go. Whether you’re hopping around your bedroom with your best friend, getting your B boy pal to teach you a few moves, or are dancing on your own, super fun dance sessions can get your heart pumping and are absolutely great for releasing pent-up energy.

 9  Hiking

If you’re keen on out of town adventures, making the most of nature is your best bet. Walking through a trail with your big brother or your boyfriend is one way of experiencing the outdoors without really having to shell anything out. Just bring a bottle of water, wear some comfy shoes, slather on the sunscreen and you’re good to go.
