These days, everyone is aiming for that effortless, cool girl look. Although putting together an outfit that screams cool is no easy feat, it somehow got easier thanks to the effortlessly chic pieces from Inces. Read on to find out how Inces started her fashion brand out of sheer passion and get inspired to turn your own dream into reality.
How it started. "Fashion has always been a field that I have been interested in ever since I was a little girl. So back in 2012, I bought a sewing machine and learned the basics of sewing. From then on, I started making my own clothes. Then I thought, it would be a great idea if I could share my designs with others and see people wear it, so I started Inces last December 2015."
Why Inces. "At that time, I was into the '90s slip dress, so I made a couple in pastels and pinstriped. Since then, I designed pieces that I know would be on trend in the coming months."
Young entrepreneur. "Being a young entrepreneur is definitely hard because you only have limited resources, so you're forced to really make do with you have."
Drawing inspiration. "I draw my inspiration from interest people. Like the cool girl you randomly see in the mall, music festivals, indie cafes!"
Flying solo. "Working on my own for the brand can definitely be challenging because you really have to do all the work on your own. No time for slacking!"
Staying original. "We stay different from our other competitors by always staying up to the date with the current trends. If you visit our Instagram page, you'll notice that the way we present our clothes is different, too! It is always taken outdoors to portray a casual look a cool and effortless feel."
What's next? "We want to participate more in bazaars and of course, we want to have our own physical store in the future."

"Stay unique and always focus on the quality of your products."
To young budding entrepreneurs. "Whatever it is that you want to sell, believe in it, focus on your goal! It will always be challenging at the beginning, but if you're doing something that you love to do, then all the effort is worth it."
