Girly style. There's only one perfect word to describe it: girly. I love dresses, skirts, heels, and floral prints! Whenever I wear things like these, I always feel confident and beautiful.
Shop attack. I usually go shopping in Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, and Zara. And when my parents allow me, I order online from Forever21 and H&M. Clothes from these stores are stylish yet affordable!
Favorite fashion designer. I love Oscar dela Renta. I believe he understands every woman's fashion desires. I also adore Lanvin, Marc Jacobs, and Chanel mainly because their pieces are truly works of art. If I had the money, I would definitely support them all the way.
Always a part of. No matter what I'm wearing, I always make sure I have accessories on- bracelets, necklaces, rings! It's true what they say: accessories give every outfit that extra "oomph." Without them, I would feel incomplete.
Inspired by. I have so many inspirations! I think Rachel Bilson, Vanessa Hudgens, and Lauren Conrad all have a great sense of style. Whenever they're featured on magazines and websites, their outfits amaze me. Girls on Lookbook and Chictopia inspire me so much as well. I have a folder full of pictures from those sites! I religiously visit fashion blogs like seaofshoes (seaofshoes.typepad.com) and cupcakesandcashmere (cupcakesandcashmere.com) because they're so helpful in giving out fashion advice.
Style icon. Zooey Deschanel. She encapsulates the spirit and beauty of the modern woman.
Style influences. I think my own personality influences my style. I believe that that's the way it supposed to be. Sometimes, my mood sets the tone of my style as well.
Colors in my closet. In my closet, there are actually a lot of neutral colors like black, white, and gray. These colors are classic and I love accessorizing them with colorful accessories.
Never ever. A jeans plus t-shirt combo. Jeans are so not my thing and there's more to life than just t-shirts!
Stylish three. Leather jackets, high heels, and black dresses. They should always be in every girl's wardrobe.
Comeback trend. I love the styling of Katy Perry's "Thinking of You" video. I'm not exactly sure but I think that was the trend of either the 1940s or '50s: poodle skirts, oxford shoes, floral prints, wayfarers, mid-leg dresses, and very fixed hairstyles. It's so vintage! The world would be a more stylish place if we all dressed like that again.
Vintage hand-me-downs. My lola gave me this beautiful, silk scarf. It's so colorful and versatile. I can use it as a scarf, belt, or accessory. My mom gave me vintage, silver shoes from Kenneth Cole. It looks so sophisticated and elegant.
