Messy-casual and comfortable. I like outfits that don't feel like I tried too hard to make it work. It usually just comes together. I get excited when I pick out random pieces, pile them on and feel good when I look at the mirror.
Shopping haven. Tomato, The Ramp, Zara, Maldita, bazaars and thrift shops.
Fave fashion designer. Armani Prive
Full of confidence. I could never forget how inspired I am by the fashion bloggers. I'm not model-skinny or tall so by looking at blogs, I see what would work for my frame and what wouldn't. I come from a relatively small city and I used to feel like I was holding back because I was concerned with what people would say about me if I didnt dress up like everyone else. When I moved to Manila for college and joined fashion blog sites, I guess it's okay to dress differently from time to time. :-)
Style icons. Mischa Barton and Vanessa Hudgens have breezy and carefree outfits and I like it especially when they dont look too polished and proper. The girls from 90210 have comfortable looks too that we could wear in this tropical climate.
Musical influence. Weirdly, the kind of music I listen to influences my style just as much as my style icons and inspirations. I sometimes imagine the clothes I'd wear if I would be in a music video of a certain song.
Color palette. My closet has a staple set of neutral colors like gray, black and white but I sure do have pieces with pops of color.
Fashion no-no. I'd die if I was in a jumper. Or jumper shorts, jumper dresses, jumper skirts, whatever you call them.
The basics. Black dresses, cotton shirts, animal prints.
Trend rebirth. It'd be really interesting to see like wild west, cowboy clothes come back from the grave. It's hot, messy and sexy. LOL.
Vintage owns. I have Guess mom-jeans from the 90's which I cut up and accessories like pearls and stuff.
