Mixed style. Most of the time, it's girly and romantic. But fashion about experimenting so sometimes I go punk, rock, bohemian, preppy, or whatever I feel like wearing.
Shopping haunts. Back in the Philippines, I shop at The Ramp in Crossings and 168. I absolutely love Zara, Mango, Topshop, Uniqlo, and H&M.
Style goddess. Barbie. She's always been my idol since I was a little girl. She taught me that I can be whatever I want to be. Style-wise, nobody can beat her big and diverse closet.
Big Apple. Well, I've always been girly so that definitely played a big part of my influence in fashion. Also, I think a great influence is living in New York. There are four seasons here, and in order to survive, I have to wear appropriate clothes. So my style changes depending on the season.
Closet color palette. Back in the Philippines, my closet was full of bright and colorful clothes. Since I moved to New York, I noticed that my closet turned into a more dark-colored palette like black, gray, and dark blue. Maybe next spring it'll be pastel colors.
Accessorize. My favorite piece of accessory is my Zara gold heart belt. It goes with any outfit and it definitely adds a "pop" to it.
No way! Harem pants. They're just not for me.
Trend rebirth. Hair beads and hair wraps. I really loved those when I was in grade school. They'd be perfect for a summer boho look.
Best bargain buy. I was able to buy a Theory polka dot skirt in Baguio ukay-ukay for only P60! Now that's a steal!
Vintage owns. I do have a few leather Coach Bags which are about 10 years old.
