As we all know, Julia Barretto is a huge fan of neutral dressing. And it seems that this commitment to minimalism extends to shapes and silhouettes, too! When it comes to beachwear, Julia skips complex strappy bikinis and goes for quintessential one-pieces, as evidenced by her recent trips to Subic and now Boracay. She favors swimmies on the more subdued, modest side of the spectrum, and they suit her so well. She's totally found the vibe that works for her!
Oh, and in case you didn't know, Julia will soon be launching her own brand, called The Juju Club. Based on the clues on her Instagram, the brand will be offering a variety of fashion items including sunglasses, rings, adorable bucket hats, and casual clothes! She modeled many of these pieces during her Boracay trip, and we honestly can't wait to see the full inventory. Check out how she wore them below!
Julia Barretto's Earth-Toned Beach OOTDs in Boracay:
1. There's no shame in sticking to the classics. Julia sported a black bucket hat with frayed edges and a simple ebony maillot to match. She gave the look a dainty edge by adding a minimalist pendant necklace and gold huggies.
2. Since you're at the beach anyway, why not don a sand-hued swimmie or dress? Here, Julia is seen in a ribbed knit bodycon mini dress with an asymmetrical neckline. In lieu of classic black sunnies, she opted for one in tortoiseshell, which matched her caramel locks. Her resin rings and hair clamp were all matching, too!
3. Okay, burnt orange is definitely one of Julia's best colors. This sporty round-neck maillot pairs so well with those catty white sunnies! Later on, she added a mossy printed bucket hat to spice up the look.
