Two of today's brightest young stars have just landed huge glossy covers for their respective October issues–Chloe Moretz for Teen Vogue and Lorde for Elle. Although it was no surprise to see such influential stars make the covers of these magazines, it was definitely nice to see them depart from their usual fashion and beauty looks. In the October issue of Teen Vogue, Chloe Grace Moretz is photographed in very chic, Victorian-inspired looks with a beautiful garden as the backdrop. Breakout artist Lorde looks absolutely ethereal and beautiful on the October 2014 issue of Elle Magazine. Although the singer is still sporting black ensembles, it's absolutely refreshing to see her in softer, pastel makeup looks. This issue marks Lorde's very first major fashion magazine cover and we can't wait to see what's in store for her. Check out more from the issue and her interview here
