Blake Lively's designed shirt for UniqloUniqlo, a Japan-based clothing brand, teams up with 10 designers and celebrities to create their own design for t-shirts in the hopes of raising $12 million to donate to the Japanese Red Cross for the victims of the Japan earthquake . Some of the celebrities collaborating for this line are Lady Gaga, Blake Lively, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Victoria Beckham among others. Each shirt design made by the participants represents their personalities and the notes printed on the shirt to send their message of love to Japan. Blake Lively explains that the butterfly design on her shirt represents dream or possibilities with a line that says "Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly" while Lady Gaga's shirt is filled with doodles and words written in Japanese characters.

Save Japan shirts will be available in Uniqlo stores abroad starting June 25 for $19.90 (approximately P875).
