Accessories are the key to making an outfit even better while expressing personal style. There are infinite ways to play around with all sorts of accessories, which is really the best way to make your everyday outfits extra unique. A recent accessory trend that we're totally loving is layered necklaces! It's actually a classic styling trick that's trending and chic-er than ever. Since we wanted to do the real thing and not simply purchase a necklace set already properly layered, we went ahead and sought the help of an accessory expert–Sam Potenciano, Candy's former Fashion Editor and professional stylist. Sam is not only a pro at putting together the prettiest, effortless outfits, she's also a fan of layering necklaces and we're sharing with your her best styling secrets.  

 1  Don't be afraid to layer chains of different widths, lengths, and colors. There's no hard and fast rule when it comes mixing them up!
