Mental Health Care Routine
Most of us mainly focus on skincare routines and that is also good but what I want to tell you is that you must have your own mental health care routine. Each one of us has our own special way of dealing with stress or anxiety. Just like the skincare routine, mental health care routine is personal and different from each one of us. it will only depend on the things that work for you. Just like when a facial wash caused you to break out then it is not for you, find other products that suit best you face. Anxiety can be easily triggered especially during these trying times so, please do focus on your mental health care. remember that elf love is not selfish. It is okay to feel demotivated and not do anything. not everyone will understand and the best thing you can do is understand yourself, be the one who understands you. Whatever you are feeling is valid.
