Happiness From Oatmeal Bowls
Aside from my workout routine (five times a week), meal prep also takes up so much of my time, every day. Having a healthy lifestyle is addicting. I get up, I medidate, I workout, I prep my meal. Most of the items in my grocery list consist of fruits and vegetables that are easy to cook or no need to cook. These oatmeal bowls are topped with sliced banana, kiwi, mango and granola. These fruits are just sweet enough for my sweet tooth. Since the pandemic started last March up to the present, I was able to go out three times only and was able to dine-in at restaurants. Staying at home is the safest thing to do right now. I can say it’s the best thing because I get to save some bucks. I am happy prepping my healthy meals but NGL that I just can’t give up my love for bread and pastries. If I say diet, it doesn’t mean restriction, but instead it means moderation. And don’t forget to drink lots of water.
