"I always smudge eyeliner along Kath's upper lashline, staying as close to the lashes as possible instead of drawing the usual solid line." Justine spills. "This makeup trick defines the eyes well enough without giving a heavily made up look," she adds. So, smudge the liner instead of simply drawing it. Spell amazing, please!
