5 Things You Should Never Do to Your Pimples
Using toothpaste to treat them.
This internet-famous hack doesn't work at all because toothpaste is loaded with harsh, active ingredients. Dabbing it on the pimple will only make the infection worse. Instead, spot-treat the area using products with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
Touching them incessantly.
It may be tempting to rub your fingers over the spot to feel its texture, but this nasty habit exposes your zit to bacteria found on your hands.
Sure, popping a pimple would make the ugly head disappear ASAP, but doing so may leave a scar! It’s best to visit the derma to have it tamed.
Washing your face too much.
You may think that aggressively washing the face will speed up the healing process. While your intentions may be to kill bacteria, this practice is simply counter-intuitive. Excessive scrubbing leads to the premature eruption of the zit's barrier, which subjects it to further irritation. What you can do is to cleanse as soon as you get home and follow up with products made to treat acne.
Rushing the results.
Applying a thick layer of spot treatment to accelerate skin recovery won't work—you're just wasting product. Instead of piling on a slab of ointment to 'saturate' the zit, dab only the prescribed amount and wait for

Poetry #1 YOUR SMILE
Just the thought of you gives me fluttering butterflies in my stomach. I love the way you smile like there's just too many passion inside you. It gives me warmth-- your warmth that needs to spread in your cheeks, in your eyes, the wrinkles on your nose and on the corner of your temples that I wanted to kiss with pure gentleness.
When you smile, I always trace back the years when I haven't known you. Where I didn't have the chance to smile back and talk to you even for a short time. To intertwine your fingers in mine or put my arms around you and feel all the vibrations inside you that gives me warmth, comfort and joy. I love seeing you smile even virtually-- because it makes me relive all the times that I still got the chance to see you personally. That is now becoming a beautiful blur.

Nineteen is a rather unremarkable age as it is not as celebrated as the age before it nor is it considered as much of a turning point as the age after it. However, this is the time when you find yourself smack in the middle of enjoying your teens and worrying about becoming an adult.
More often than not, you'll start to wonder whether you made the most out of your teenage years or whether you're ready to take on the responsibilities of being an adult. This constant dilemma will leave you anxious and confused. But, don't beat yourself up because this is the beauty of being 19.
You are no longer the foolish teenager who thought he/she was the center of the universe because now, you are old enough to start thinking like a grown up who understands that you are but a tiny speck in the whole solar system. It doesn't mean that you are insignificant but rather, that you are part of a colossal existence. This realization will enable you to make the right choice. And as you navigate the remaining days of your teens, don't forget to look back on the lessons you've picked up through the years and look forward to what lies ahead of you in the future.
BUWAN (Reverse Poetry)
Isinulat ni: Zamira Ariola
Ang liwanag noon
Nagsilbing gabay ngayon
Ang nagpapanatiling buhay
Sa pusong pagod
Sa pusong wala ng laman
Sa pusong wala nang nararandaman
Ikaw ang nagdala
Bakit nga ba?
Ikaw ang minahal
Ikaw ang ginawang mundo
Para magkasilbi ang buhay ko?
Bakit ikaw ang nagdala ng liwanag?
Ikaw ba ang buwan?
