So tweak your diet and include these skin-loving foods—all of which are household staples too!

Tomatoes

Tomatoes aren't just a lovely addition to your pastas and other dishes, they are a good source of lycopene, an antioxidant that helps your skin protect itself from the harmful effects of the sun, too. Awesome, right? We know how harmful UV rays are to the skin, which is why in a tropical country like the Philippines, eating tomatoes is a good way to boost your skin's natural sun defenses.

Eggs

Do you suffer from dry skin? Then chow down on some healthy eggs! Eggs aren't just a great source of protein, they contain a vitamin called biotin that helps prevent dry skin, too. Now, you've got another reason to enjoy the most important meal of the day, Candy Girls!
