Celebrating your 18th birthday requires a lot of serious planning. From your dress to the motif and the venue to the souvenirs your guests will be bringing home, there are all these tiny details you need to take care of to make sure your debut will be memorable not just to you but also your family and friends.

Once you've chosen your motif and picked out a dress you'll be twirling around all night in, what comes next? Makeup, of course! Now, it's perfectly fine if you don't want to put any on, but if you're a fan of all things beauty, then we've got the list of makeup trends from MAC's Spring/Summer 2017 presentation to help you figure out your beauty look of the night.

Real

Think natural, barely-there, unfiltered. It's quite different from a no-makeup makeup look because this trend actually uses little to no makeup at all. If you're the lip-and-cheek tint kind of girl, you might want to look into this trend of undone makeup.

Free

Dynamic, vibrant, energetic, happy—just some of the keywords to this look. Think pops of color and graphic lines. If you've got a bubbly personality that you want to express in your makeup, try this trend!

Wet

Glow up for real. Think light, gloss, shine, water. For this trend, great skin and impeccable highlight is key. And don't worry about looking like you're ~perspiring~ more than glowing. With just the right amount of gloss, you'll be exuding inner radiance more than I-just-did-a-round-of-spinning sweat.

Warm

For the more bohemian, hippie, romantic girls, this trend is right up your alley. It's feminine, sunny, and inspired by the summer season. Like all the trends we've already mentioned, skin plays an important role in this look. Less is truly more.

Which trend are you going to follow when you get your makeup done for your debut? Snap lots of photos and tag us so we can see!
