Sleep With Wet Hair and Wake Up with Gorgeous Hair the Next Day
We grew up believing that sleeping with wet hair is a big no-no. Not only because sleeping on drenched locks can smell bad the next day, but doing so can lead to hair breakage, ugly hair bends, and frizz. But for those who can't go to bed without washing their hair or those who would rather get some shut-eye instead of blow-drying freshly-shampooed tresses, try this hack to wake up to prettier hair.
1. Wait until hair is damp, not dripping.
Sure, we sort of gave you a go signal to sleep on wet hair, but please do not snooze with sopping locks. Get rid of excess water by gently rubbing your hair with a microfiber towel. This absorbs water faster without tugging and breaking the strands.

2. Tame the frizz before it forms.
Brush damp hair with your fingers and massage leave-on conditioner on your hair, except for the roots, for it to be more manageable.
Try: L'Oreal Professionel Absolut Repair Lipidium Blow-Dry Cream, at salons
3. Create volume and shape
For the final touch, add effortless, natural-looking waves, by putting on foam rollers you can sleep on. In the morning, unravel bouncy, off-duty model-esque waves and spritz on hairspray for lasting volume and hold.
