Always start with your base! If you'll be sporting this look for an all night event like your prom, it's best to go with a powder foundation. All you need to do is wet the sponge, dab on the foundation in your skin tone, and apply evenly throughout your face and neck.

For the eyeshadow, start with a light lavender shimmery hue for your base color. Apply this all over your lids with a brush. Feel free to go a little beyond your actual lids.
