Don't be afraid to use the lightest shades. They are included in the pan for a reason. You don't have to wear them on their own. In fact, they are best used if mixed with other hues. Use them as an eyeshadow base to build a bolder eye color. They are also made to diffuse deep colors to create half a shade lighter.

The frosty or lustrous shades can be used to highlight the high points of your face such as your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, and your cupid's bow. For fair-skinned girls, you can use the lightest shade, for morenas, champagnes and golds will work best for your skin tone.

Depending on your hair color, you can use the darker neutral shades to fill in your sparse brows. If your hair is on the darker side, it's best to dab on neutrals with a cooler undertone like ash brown, taupe, and gray. Opt for warmer browns if you have lighter hair.
