FACE
"First is proper skin care! The skin condition is very important to achieve natural barely-there makeup. Liza came from another shoot that time, so puyat siya. I used toner, moisturizer, eye cream, and makeup primer on her to boost her skin and give it that glow. After that, I applied tinted moisturizer—no need for foundation. I also used highlighter on the bridge of her nose, her cupid’s bow, and the high points of her cheeks to get that glowing effect."

"I used two different shades for her contour. That’s actually my secret to make it look more natural and to create that fading illusion. The end-result should be flawless with no trace of contouring. It needs to blend in with the skin, so nothing heavy and too obvious."
EYES
"For her eyes, I used a nude palette from Maybelline. I applied it both on her lids and on her lower lash line then gave it a good smudge just to make her eyes look bigger since I didn’t use eyeliner. I only used eyelash curler, mascara, then a bit of eyeshadow."
BROWS
"For her brows, she already has really nice arches. I just wanted it to look thicker so I brushed them up using a mascara wand. I used eyebrow mascara to make them look fuller and bushier."

LIPS
"For her lips, I suggested to Vince [Uy] that we use a dark lip to change things up. He agreed and it turned out really well. It complemented Liza’s short hair for the tough girl look."
