Breakout Emergency

Find out which products you can try to keep your face blemish-free!
What products can I use to get rid of my acne?

Look for products that help control the overproduction of oil, which is essentially what's going on in every teenager's skin. Buzzwords for acne-prone skin are Retinol and Glycolic Acid, which help exfoliate your skin and aid in controlling breakouts. Try Murad Exfoliating Blemish Treatment Gel (P2,500, Rustans) or Mario Badescu Glycolic Foaming Cleanser (P945, Essenses), as well as The Body Shop's Tea Tree Skincare Line, which help curb the proliferation of acne. A particular favorite of mine is Junkisui Refreshing Spots Serum (P1,150, Essenses) which calms angry zits overnight.
