It happens to best of us. You walk out of the salon unsatisfied with a hideous haircut that you'll probably wear under a hat or put up in a ponytail for months. But with these remedies, you can learn to love your botched cut until the next salon appointment.

Problem #1: It's too short.
To stretch your strands, straighten your locks with a flat iron. But if you really crave length, clip-on extensions are the answer.

Problem #2: You hate your bangs.
Try a deep side part and tame your fringe with a strong-hold hairspray or gel. You can also clip them with rest of your hair with a barrette or hairpin.

Problem #3: The bangs are too short.
Blunt, short bangs are edgy, but if you're not confident you can pull off this look, hide them under a thick, chic headband.

Problem #4: The layers aren't flattering and face-framing.
Simply spritz sea salt spray to add texture to your limp 'do. You can also curl the ends with a curling iron and put on hair pomade to fake dimension.

Problem #5: The sides are uneven.
Instead of snipping the uneven cut yourself, call your stylist and set another appointment to fix the mistake. They should give the service for free to correct the cut.
