Ayala Malls gathered your favorite YouTubers for a meet up with fans, and we had a chance to interview some of them! We know that being a YouTuber isn't easy; you have to be in front of the camera, come up with high-quality content, post videos every week (at least), and be your own production team. It's really a Do-It-Yourself process, and that's what we admire most about them.

So we really have to ask your faves Janina Vela, Michelle Dy, and Lloyd Cadena to answer some questions you have been dying to ask them below!

How do you keep your private life "private" because it's difficult as a public figure?

Janina: "Actually, it just goes with how comfortable I am. There are those moments where I just want to be in the moment. When those times come, I don't force it because when I force things out, they won't be happy with the content, and I won't be happy with the content. So it would be unsatisfying for both parties. As long as I'm comfortable enough, I share as much as I can."

Michelle: "Minsan hindi siya nako-control, but it takes a lot of work."

Lloyd: "Siguro i-segregate mo lang 'yung mga parts na hindi pwedeng i-share, like love life. Set a standard kung ano lang mga gusto mong ilabas. Anyway, you can edit it naman because you're the editor; you have the freedom to choose."

If you weren't a YouTuber, what would you be doing right now?

Janina: "I would be a very good student." *winks*

Michelle: "A professional bummer." *laughs*

Lloyd: "Kasi ang course ko Financial Management, so baka teller sa bangko."

Which celebrity would you want to be on your YouTube channel?

Janina: "The voice actress of Moana, Auli'i Cravalho. A lot of people are telling me we have a lot of similarities. I would really want her to be on my channel or just actually meet her! That would really be great, too. Another person is Liza Soberano. Everyone wants to meet her, right? She's just so cute, and so nice!"

Michelle: "Of course I would want Liza Soberano."

Lloyd: "Vice Ganda, that would be fun."

What is your advice to people who want to be a YouTuber, but don't have the confidence to do so?

Janina: "I think that when I started YouTubing, I wasn't confident either. The more you think about it, the more the nerves get to you. There are times you just YOLO; you just do it. I understand why they're not comfortable in doing it, but there's a different kind of confidence and bravery that comes with being vulnerable with people, and showing who you really are. And that's such a beautiful thing about YouTube."

Michelle: "Forget the worries; start NOW."

Lloyd: "First, dapat may confidence ka talaga because when you're on YouTube, you're facing a lot of people na may iba't ibang personality. So dapat even if you don't have that confidence yet, practice mo na. You would face a lot of haters sa umpisa; masakit talaga 'yun. At the end of the day, it's what you do naman. If you love what you're doing, it will love you back.”
