Xyriel Manabat recently revealed that she's ~*open*~ to the idea of having Zaijan Jaranilla as her love team partner.
"Parang feeling ko po mabibigyan namin ng justice if ever magiging ka-love team ko po si Kuya Zaijan," the 18-year-old former child actress noted in her recent Magandang Buhay guesting.
She clarified: "Kuya ko po 'yun, ha. Wala pong ano. Kuya ko po talaga 'yun. Parang mabibigyan namin ng justice 'yung role."
Xyriel and Zaijan are both former child actresses, having worked together in series like Noah, May Bukas Pa, and Ikaw ay Pag-Ibig. They have also grown closer throughout the years they've worked alongside each other.
In her past Magandang Buhay interview last October 2020, Xyriel revealed that she and Zaijan already knew each other way before they started working on series together. "Sobrang kuya ko po 'yan. Hindi pa po kami lumalabas sa TV sabay na po kami. Kasama po 'yung lola niya, [magkasama na kami] sa fashion show at auditions, mga ganyan. So talagang matagal na po kaming magkakilala. Sobrang na-establish na magkapatid po kami."
"Kapag pupunta sila rito or pupunta kami or kapag po mga overnight po ang taping, kami-kami ng mga family namin ang magkakasama sa room, tapos nagba-bonding po," she added.
In the same interview, Zaijan revealed that they were supposed to star in a show together, but it never pushed through due to Xyriel declining the offer.
We can't wait to see the possible ~chemistry~ between them!
