Charlotte Emma Aitchison, better known as English singer-songwriter Charli XCX, made her way to Manila last weekend for her first ever concert in the country. Held at the Samsung Hall in SM Aura Premier, Charli delivered a smashing show for her fans with her edgy pop songs. Missed the concert? Don't worry because we've got photos to give you a sneak peek.
Opening with "Sucker," Charli had everyone screaming and jumping a few seconds after the song started. She came out clad in an animal print coordi (we totally dig her style, BTW), head-banging to the beat of her title track from her latest album.
Aside from "Sucker," she also performed "Need Ur Love," "So Over You," and "Break the Rules" from the same record, which kept everyone's spirits up the entire night.
She didn't only play songs from her latest album. Her longtime fans surely enjoyed watching her sing tracks from her first album True Romance, like "Black Roses" and "Stay Away."
Even though Icona Pop and Rita Ora didn't make their appearances onstage, Charli nailed her performances of her collaborations with the said musicians when she sang "I Love It" and "Doing It."

But of course, how can she ever forget the crowd favorite song "Boom Clap," which was used for the Amsterdam scenes in The Fault In Our Stars? She ended her show with a great performance of the song, taking us back to Amsterdam with Hazel Grace and Augustus.
