Big Hero 6 has a familiar premise: the whiz kid encounters a series of unfortunate events and winds up taking on the bad guy with a band of other whiz kids. But Big Hero 6 amps up the freshness with enough character development to make you root for the good guys and the sidekicks, and tear up when pain and loss threaten to override their sense of right and wrong. It plays with the visuals, merging the east and the west so beautifully in the City of San Fransokyo that you'll want to take a mental note for your next themed party.

But most of all, Big Hero 6 introduces a ridiculously cuddly robot named Baymax, lightweight metal on the inside and inflatable marshmallow-ish material on the outside. Baymax was created to provide care, springing to life the second he hears someone say ow. His marshmallow twinsie potential was intentional to make him look as non-threatening as possible. The loving, selfless, huggable robot is officially our newest obsession at the Candy HQ and here are just a few reasons why.
Imagine waking up on a dreadful Monday morning, the 'ber chill making you want to get out of bed, like, never. Baymax can act as a heater, and as one character says, "It’s like hugging a toasted marshmallow!" Who doesn't want that?
Imagine feeling down after a bad day at school. All you have to do is look at him walk-shuffle and try to navigate his way around all your things.
He'll even be the ginormous spoon in what we imagine is the most epic hug ever.

Imagine being bored during the last few hours of sembreak. A low-bat, drunk-like Baymax is the ultimate source of entertainment.
Add a fat cat into the mix and you’ll be squealing at Baymax and his "hairy baby" for hours.
Imagine that you're about to tweet something so viciously passive-aggressive that you can't even call it that anymore. Baymax believes in not inflicting harm and has a way of getting through your haze of anger and turning around those ugly thoughts.
Imagine feeling stuck and uninspired. Baymax has a logical and innovative way of looking at things that will have you thinking way outside the box.
