Who hasn't stopped scrolling through their Facebook feed to watch a magical unicorn bread recipe video or a video how-to of 4 ways to make french fries? Food videos = LYF! But this "food artist and director" is taking recipe videos to the next level. Mimicking famous directors' styles, David Ma's #FoodFilms reimagine recipe how-tos in the style of different film directors. So far, there are 4 videos uploaded on his YouTube channel.
One of my favorite Harry Potter movies was directed by Alfonso Cuaron. He also directed Gravity, Y Tu Mama Tambien, and Great Expectations. Check out this pancake recipe video in the style of the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban director below! Sooo cool.
Head over to his channel to see how Wes Anderson would make S'mores, Michael Bay would make Waffles, and Quentin Tarantino would make Spaghetti and Meatballs. What a trip!
