We've already said it before: Shailene Woodley is totally life peg material. And she doesn't just prove it once or twice or thrice, she proves it time and again whenever she appears anywhere for interviews. For example, during her cover shoot with Nylon Magazine, Shai answered 16 questions about herself. And in four minutes we already have a looong list of things we've learned from her. Watch the video below to listen to her yourself.

We particularly love what she says about what we all should and could do for the planet. She says, "You should find one small thing that works for you and dedicate and commit to that one thing every single day."

Don't know where and how to start? The Divergent Series star even enumerates a few things you can do. "Unplug your toaster, coffee machine, your TV which doesn't even have to be on all day," she says. "Don't ask for straw in a restaurant. Make it a goal to not drink out of plastic as much as possible. Turn your shower off when you're washing your body and don't waste the water. Just find the one that works for you."

And since we're talking about Shai's wise words, here's what she has to say about dating. "If it's not going good, you don't have to say." YEAH! Just what we needed to hear, girl.
