Team Payaman vlogger Viy Cortez just shared some exciting news in her latest vlog: She's pregnant with her first child with her long-time partner, Cong Velasquez (more popularly known as Cong TV). This happy announcement comes almost a year after she informed everyone about her miscarriage.
On November 27, Viy did two pregnancy tests for confirmation. Since this happened just two weeks after her gallbladder removal surgery, she shared that she felt nervous and scared. "Naiiyak ako kasi natatakot ako kasi diba kaka-opera ko lang at negative ako noon, eh. Mga two weeks ago 'yun eh... so kung negative ako, baka false positive din ngayon. So naiiyak ako kasi baka umasa lang ako tapos hindi naman pala."
She added, "Naiiyak ako sa says, [pero] nalulungkot ako kasi... paano kung mawala na naman, or pano kung hindi pala talaga."
Cong was visibly overwhelmed and excited when Viy showed the two pregnancy test sticks and shared the happy news with him: "Ibinigay niya na sakin 'to. Gustong-gusto ko na!"
Viy also showed her visit to her obstetrician, where they were able to hear their baby's heartbeat for the first time. It was also confirmed that she was six weeks pregnant at the time.
Viy and Cong have been together since 2015, and they celebrated their sixth anniversary last June.Â
