ICYDK, Love is Color Blind—Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano's follow-up project to their *wildly successful* debut series He's Into Her—was just recently released. The film also stars Angelina Cruz, Jeremiah Lisbon, and Esnyr Ranollo, a TikTok star who first rose to fame by uploading funny skits about ~relatable~ Pinoy school experiences.Â
When asked about his experience working with Donny and Belle, Esnyr answered that he felt ~welcomed~ right away. "They are so fun to be with. No joke. Nakita naman sa mga posts namin together and ang daming ganap off-cam that they are genuine, both of them," he shared. (We totally love the friendship they all formed, too!)
He shared his observations while working with DonBelle in the lock-in taping. According to him, the two became even closer and were more ~*comfortable*~ with each other. "Ang napansin ko dito sa Love is Color Blind, sobrang naging close sila dito. As in sobrang kumportable nila sa isa’t isa. At natutuwa ako na naging ganun kasi sa 'He’s Into Her' medyo hindi pa ganun. Dito as in sobrang kumportable. They’re super sweet as friends. They’re very professional naman sa set," he divulged.
He also noted that he felt the same way about the production crew, saying that he felt accepted by them. "And sa whole production team never ako naka-feel ng pressure at all kasi tanggap na tanggap nila ako. I had a warm welcome from the whole production team. And I just enjoyed the experience kasi it’s my first time din. I’m glad to be part of Love is Color Blind," he shared.
When asked which love team he would want to work with next, Esnyr replied that he wants to be able to work with KathNiel since he's also a big fan of them. He did note, however, that he "couldn't ask for more" after working with DonBelle.
"Actually after working with DonBelle I couldn’t ask for more. After them, siguro depende kung sino ang ibibigay na makakasama ko. But I’m really looking forward to working with other love teams pa din like Kathniel because I’m a fan din. [Actually] working with DonBelle, okay na talaga sa akin," he disclosed.
