You may think that Kendall Jenner is perrrfect, but just like the rest of us, she also has her own struggles, too. In her app recently, the supermodel opened up about her anxiety battle and revealed that the last year has been really hard for her.

"Anxiety was a huge hurdle for me to deal with this past year (and security concerns didn't help). But I think I'm finally learning how to cope," she said. This isn't the first time she had to deal with this because in another post, Kenny revealed that she once had to deal with a panic attack while in a plane. "I once had a really bad attack on a plane and just had to ride it out," the 21-year-old model said. "I felt my heart beating a million miles an hour and I even went a little numb." (via Dolly.com.au

So how did she deal with this battle? "[I] learned that it's all mental, so I try to prevent anxiety attacks by bringing my mind somewhere else," she wrote. Now, she does breathing exercises to calm herself.
