Once A Fan, Kyline Alcantara Now Gets Life + Career Advice From Her Ate Marian Rivera

Plus other things to know about the teen star!

It's no secret that teen actress Kyline Alcantara is a big fan of Darna and Marimar actress Marian Rivera. Now, though, one of Kyline's best moments with a fellow artista is actually the precious conversations she's shared with Marian as well as her hubby Dingdong Dantes. We got to chat with Kyline and she shared a few things fans might not know about her.

Kyline was born on September 3, 2002.

Kyline turned 18 this year and was supposed to hold a big celebration. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, however, her plans to have a grand debut had to be put off. Instead, she had an intimate celebration with her family and loved ones. 

Kyline is known for shows like Annaliza and Kambal, Karibal.

Kyline is currently a Kapuso and under GMA, she has starred on shows like Kambal, KaribalInagaw na Bituin, and Bilangin Ang Bituin Sa Langit. Prior to joining GMA, however, Kyline had her beginnings in showbiz as a Kapamilya. As an ABS-CBN talent, Kyline has appeared on shows like Annaliza, Ina, Kapatid, Anak, and Pangako Sa'yo.

She had a memorable fan encounter while on vacation abroad.

Kyline said that her best fan encounter was something she didn't expect at all! "When I was in Singapore Universal Studios, this group approached me when we were lining up for one of the rides and asked for a photo with me," Kyline shares. "I was shocked since I’m not expecting that because I was outside the country. They even told me that they‘re watching my show Kambal, Karibal during that time."
