OMG, we're finally here. That's Bella is officially a college undergrad, and her vlog on her first day of school is as honest as we expected, from struggling to wake up early (she's become a night owl in quarantine--like most of us) to having trouble logging into her school's online account and finding her "classroom."

That's Bella is currently a freshman at De La Salle Universitytaking up business management. She graduated senior high school with honors from De La Salle Lipa Integrated School. (Bella even talks about how it's so awkward to say prof instead of teacher--we feel you, Bella! Sanayan talaga, lol.)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the community quarantine, face-to-face classes are suspended, leading universities to get creative with their approach to education. (DLSU even went viral for offering a Mobile Legends class for PE... Anong PE kaya pinili ni Bella?)

As expected, some of her classes ended early, as is typical for college classes on the first day. (At least one thing seemed normal!)

Later on, Bella also talks about possibly missing a class because she can't access the app needed for her session yet, something lots of people can relate to atm. On the more serious part of the video, the YouTuber called on her viewers doing online classes too to share their thoughts in the comments section. She also opens up about how bittersweet it is to spend her first day in school at home and far from how she always imagined it.

"I'm extemely sad for the freshies who didn't experience the first day of their freshman year sa physical class," wrote one viewer. "Huge 'sana all' sa mga makakapagtuloy ng pag-aaral nila this school year," wrote another.

As schools, students, and parents navigate this "new normal," remember that it's okay to ask for help from your community, and that we all have a role to play in this pandemic. Stay aware by following your school and student council's social pages, and do your part as a blockmate to make sure that there's #nostudentleftbehind.
