21-Year Old Cebuano Remakes "Tala" By Sarah G As An Anime Opening Theme

After #TalaNation took over most of our Christmas parties, did you ever think that the dance craze, which happened years after the song's initial release, would last until February?

If you feel like you've seen enough of the dance videos, though, now is the time to pay attention to 21-year old Jameson Tenorio's "Tala" version, which reimagines the song as an anime opening theme. Intrigued? Catch the video below:

Bitin ba? In a separate post, the musician also explains why his anime covers are always short: "One minute and thirty seconds ang run-time ng anime openings kasi. Kaya stay true ako dun," he writes on Facebook.

Get to know a little but more about the 21-year old musician:

"I was based in Cebu, but I'm in Taguig now," says Jameson in an interview over Messenger. "For music, I started music production when I was 13. A little over eight years ago."

The musician also reveals he's produced music for Viva Records and other local independent artists. "I also make my own music, and the silly anime covers which always go so well. I actually graduated culinary arts, and recently just launched a food diet delivery service called Healthbox Manila."
