You know the drill during the first day of classes: You'll have to introduce yourself to your professor and the rest of your classmates and mention your hobbies and interests. Now that classes are online, though, even self-introductions are done virtually.

Some professors have even caught on the trend and asked their students to introduce themselves in a creative way through a video. For this student, nothing says "introduce yourself" better than showcasing her talent.

Rhea Mae Saligan, a student from Saint Michael College of Caraga, decided to sing about her hobbies and interests for her NSTP class' introduction. Rhea played the ukulele and sang to the tune of "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz. Aside from her voice and her ukulele skills, what got everyone's attention was that her self-made lyrics fit the song to a T, making her intro catchy and easy to sing along to just like the OG song.

Rhea's creative introduction, originally uploaded on TikTok, was also uploaded on YouTube where it garnered almost 160,000 views. "I decided to pick the song 'cause it's kinda unique and the song was jolly and fun. Naisip ko lang iyang song na 'yan, tapos ginawan ko na lang ng lyrics na pang self-introduction," Rhea shares.
