Sam Concepcion and Elmo Magalona to open for Miley Cyrus

Candy Cuties Sam Concepcion and Elmo Magalona will be opening for Miley Cyrus at her much-awaited concert at the SM Mall of Asia in Manila—her only stop in Asia—on June 17.  

Sam, who was Taylor Swift’s front act at her Manila concert in February, told Candy, “I’m thrilled to be opening for another international artist again! I’m looking forward to performing for Miley’s fans and being part of her concert. You’ll have to be there to find out what songs we’re (going to do). But this I can say, it will be awesome!”

We also asked Sam if he and Elmo are thinking of working together on a song soon. He said, “I’m open to collaborating especially with young OPM artists like him. If it happens, we’ll make sure it’ll be big!”
