Sam Claflin Talks About a Hunger Games Prequel
Our Finnick Odair speaks up!
IMAGE Warner Bros.

When The Hunger Games franchise ended last year with Mockingjay Part 2, reports about Lionsgate's plans on creating a prequel surfaced. Lionsgate's chairman Michael Burns said that they were just "exploring," but there's no official word on whether this will push through or not.

The franchise's star, Jennifer Lawrence already said that she wouldn't want to get involved in it. But we're wondering how the other cast members feel about this rumor. So when we saw this video of Sam Claflin (who played the handsome Finnick Odair in the movies) talking about a possible prequel, we just had to share. (via TeenVogue.com)

We love how Sam put it, and we'd definitely watch these movies about Woody Harrelson's character Haymitch ended up where he is or how the previous Hunger Games were like. Or maybe something about Finnick's character because we're curious about him, too.

Calling Suzanne Collins, who'll be in total control whether the movie happens or not! But for now, we're watching Sam in Me Before You, which is set to hit theaters this June. Hee hee.

Would you want a Hunger Games prequel? Let's discuss in the comments. We always love hearing from you. :)
