2022 has surely been an exciting year for basketball star Ricci Rivero, as he has been making waves both on and off-court. Case in point: the athlete is the *most searched* male personality in the Philippines according to Google! He even surpassed Hollywood stars Johnny Depp, Chris Rock, Andrew Garfield, and Adam Levine. Ricci made headlines in April this year when he asked Kadenang Ginto actress Andrea Brillantes to be his girlfriend in front of a crowd at the Mall of Asia Arena. In June, he then signed with the Taoyuan Pilots for the Taiwan P.League+ 2022 to 2023 season.

Ricci is definitely *thankful* for his “surprise inclusion” in the most-searched list. “2022 indeed is a memorable year for my basketball career and personal life,” he tells Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP.ph). “I am both surprised and humbled that a lot has been with me in my [journey].
