#OTWOLILoveYou Broke Everyone's Hearts Last Night
Last night's On the Wings of Love episode was something fans should've been ready for. Everyone knew that the breakup was coming, that the divorce was inevitable because from the beginning it was clear that everything between Lea (Nadine Lustre) and Clark (James Reid) was purely business. So now that Lea already has her green card, it's about time they separate for good. But of course, they fall in love with each other and things get complicated and all of us go through a rollercoaster of emotions.
The breakup scene last night was just too much to bear. James and Nadine's performances were A+ that it was just difficult not to get heartbroken when Lea made her speech on how he should've fought for their love and how he left her hanging after she's fallen for him. *a million crying emojis* That poem performed by spoken word poet Juan Miguel Severo didn't help either and made things harder for us to bear. Proof? The Internet.
The 1.6 million tweets (and counting!) are enough to make you realize that OMG, last night's episode was truly heartbreaking. Allow us to take you on a tour of what went down on TV last night.
ONE, there's that scene when they spent their last night together as a married couple crying themselves to sleep because ~*FEELINGS*~. Why can't they just let these lovers be!
TWO, this scene when they were at the door and Clark was instructing Lea on what she should do, and Lea was trying her best not to break down while they're at it. You guys, hold on.
THREE, then there's Lea breaking down right after she shut the door on her husband. WHYYY.
FOUR, this poem performed by Rico that just gets how we truly feel about moving on and letting go.
And FIVE, the teaser for tonight's episode which is surely going to break everyone's hearts AGAIN.
We want a break from all these feelings but at the same time, we don't because we're always looking forward to the next On the Wings of Love episode. A fangirl's life is hard. *sigh*
